Here are my go-to meals when I need 35g protein in under 500 calories.

1. Grilled Chicken Lettuce Salad 🥗
- 150g grilled chicken breast (sliced)
- 3 cups romaine / iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup sliced cucumber
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil + lemon juice
416 cal | 50g protein

2. Tuna & Avocado Salad 🥑
- 1 can (120g) tuna in water
- ½ medium avocado
- 2 cups sliced cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 hard-boiled egg
365 cal | 37g protein

3. Tofu & Broccoli Stir-fry 🥦
- 200g firm tofu
- 1.5 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 100g egg whites
321 cal | 35g protein

4. Salmon & Feta Bowl 🐟
- 150g salmon fillet (baked or pan-seared)
- 40g reduced-fat feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 cups baby spinach or rocket
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice + fresh dill
- Salt & pepper
420 cal | 38g protein

5. Scrambled Eggs with Cottage Cheese & Nutritional Yeast 🍳
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup (120g) low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 cup steamed spinach (or chopped kale)
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
433 cal | 43g protein
