With Confirmation Season in full swing, we know the mini glam girls love a full set these days 💅
But our salon policy stands: no acrylics, gel extensions, or BIAB for under 16s.

And yes, we know “the salon up the road does it” 😅
But this is one policy we won’t bend on- it’s not safe and if they do it that’s worrying to us !!

Not because we’re mean — because we actually care about keeping young nails healthy and protected. Trends come and go, but allergies and nail damage can stick around a lot longer 🤍

There are gorgeous options for little glam girls to get in polish or shellac with stunning nail art and we’d be delighted to look after all the Little princes and princesses for these ❤️

⛔️ Why We Don’t Do Acrylics on Children – And Why We Stand By It ‼️

With communion and confirmation season in full swing, we’ve had lots of requests for acrylic nails and BIAB on young children. We understand the excitement—these are special days and every parent wants their child to feel beautiful. But - as professionals, we have to prioritize the health and safety of little hands!

Children’s nails are still growing, softer, and far more delicate than adult nails. Applying acrylics or BIAB type products can cause long-term damage, pain, and even infections. No beauty treatment is worth risking that!!! 😭

We promise to always act in your child’s best interest—even if that means saying no sometimes. We offer gentle, age-appropriate alternatives (like polish, nail art, or Shellac and overlays on young teens) that keep little nails healthy and still give that “special occasion” sparkle!

Our age restrictions are 15yrs old for Acrylics & BIAB and 12yrs old for Shellac and other Gel Polishes 💅🏻
