Welcome to my Social Media Page where I share my work connected to all things health, wellbeing, hope & resilience 🫶

When people ask me ‘ What do you do’ I find it hard to answer. My work is eclectic and I trained in many discipline’s and modalities .

Over the years I have worked in diverse backgrounds with children, teenagers, adults across various sectors, homelessness, addiction, abuse , special needs and mental health .

I now work teaching Yoga and Holistics and I feel ‘ Integrative Practitioner ‘ best aligns with these modalities & reflects what I do.

An Integrative Practitioner draws on a range of complementary approaches to support the individual as a whole rather than focusing on one modality as sometimes I believe one size doesn’t fit all .

My approach is humanistic & I view each person with the capacity and power to transform their lives.
