Today lunch Recipe
Chicken stuffed Parwal
Ingredients
Parwal ke liye:
* 8–10 parwal
* 1 tsp namak
* ½ tsp haldi
* 2 tbsp tel
Chicken Stuffing:
* 250 g chicken keema
* 2 tbsp tel
* 1 pyaz (barik kata hua)
* 1 tsp adrak-lehsun paste
* 2 hari mirch (barik kati hui)
* ½ tsp haldi
* 1 tsp lal mirch powder
* 1 tsp dhania powder
* ½ tsp jeera powder
* ½ tsp garam masala
* ½ tsp kali mirch powder (optional)
* Namak swad anusar
* 2 tbsp hara dhania (barik kata hua)
Method
1. Parwal taiyar karein
* Parwal ko dho kar halka sa chil lein.
* Dono taraf se thoda sa hissa kaat kar beech ke beej nikal dein.
* Namak aur haldi laga kar 10–15 minute ke liye rakh dein.
2. Chicken stuffing banayein
* Pan mein tel garam karein.
* Pyaz ko golden hone tak bhunein.
* Adrak-lehsun paste aur hari mirch daal kar 1 minute bhunein.
* Chicken keema daal kar 5–6 minute tak bhunein.
* Haldi, lal mirch, dhania, jeera aur namak daal kar achhi tarah paka lein.
* Jab chicken ka pani sukh jaye, garam masala aur hara dhania mila kar gas band kar dein.
* Stuffing ko thoda thanda hone dein.
3. Parwal mein stuffing bharein
* Har parwal mein chicken stuffing bhar dein.
* Chahein to kitchen thread ya toothpick se band kar sakte hain.
4. Parwal pakayein
* Ek pan mein tel garam karke stuffed parwal ko dheemi aanch par 12–15 minute tak sab taraf se golden aur soft hone tak sek lein.

Chicken Tikka masala full recipe ⬇️
Chicken Marinade:
* 500 g boneless chicken
* ½ cup dahi (curd)
* 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun paste
* 1 tsp lal mirch powder
* ½ tsp haldi
* 1 tsp dhania powder
* 1 tsp garam masala
* ½ tsp jeera powder
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tbsp oil
* Namak swad anusar
Masala Gravy:
* 2 tbsp oil ya butter
* 2 medium pyaz (barik kati hui)
* 2 tamatar (puree bana hua)
* 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun paste
* 1 tsp lal mirch powder
* 1 tsp dhania powder
* ½ tsp haldi
* 1 tsp garam masala
* ½ tsp kasuri methi
* ¼ cup fresh cream
* ½ cup pani
* Hara dhania garnish ke liye
Method
1. Chicken ko marinade ki sabhi cheezon ke saath mila kar 30–60 minutes ke liye rakh dein.
2. Chicken ko tawa, grill ya oven mein halka sa char hone tak paka lein.
3. Ek pan mein oil ya butter garam karein. Pyaz ko golden brown hone tak bhunein.
4. Adrak-lehsun paste daal kar 1 minute bhunein.
5. Tamatar puree aur saare masale daal kar tab tak pakayein jab tak oil alag na ho jaye.
6. Ab ½ cup pani daal kar 3–4 minute pakayein.
7. Grilled chicken daal kar 5–7 minute tak gravy mein pakayein.
8. Kasuri methi ko haath se crush karke daalein aur fresh cream mila dein.
9. Hara dhania se garnish karein.
Garam-garam naan, butter naan, roti ya jeera rice ke saath serve karein.
