Tumhari Sakhi

She didn’t become extraordinary on Everest.

She became extraordinary the day she chose education over expectation.

Born in a conservative village in Haryana, Santosh Yadav quietly challenged the rules written for girls. And within just one year, she did what no woman in the world had ever done before, she summited Mount Everest twice.

But perhaps her greatest achievement wasn’t standing on the highest peak.

It was returning to inspire countless women to believe that courage can be learned, resilience can be built, and impossible is often just a starting point.

There are people who make history.

And then there are people who make others believe they can too.

In 1984, Bachendri Pal became the first Indian woman to summit Mount Everest. But her real legacy began after she came down the mountain, mentoring countless women to discover courage, resilience, and leadership through adventure.

Every summit begins with one difficult step.

✨ What mountain, literal or personal, are you preparing to climb or have already overcome?

Victory isn't the starting point; it's the finish line. The real work happens in the trenches. Let's get after it today. 📈

We’re stepping back into our space slowly, intentionally, and fully present. 🌿

After taking a month to pause, breathe, and reset, Tumhari Sakhi is resuming operations.
Rest was never about stopping our journey; it was about ensuring we return to each other with full hearts, clarity, and purpose.
As we ease back into our rhythm, we’re bringing renewed energy to everything we create, share, and build together.

Thank you for your patience, your warmth, and for keeping this space so full of life while we rested.

We’re so glad to be back with you.

Comment what you want us to work on first!!

Some conversations don't change your day. They change your perspective. ✨

Every woman has a story.
Some are filled with courage.
Some with uncertainty.
Some with unexpected turns.
And every once in a while, a story inspires someone else to take their very first step.

Introducing Unscripted: Journeys that Inspire Others 💚🌸

An intimate evening where two incredible women will share their journeys—the wins, the setbacks, the lessons, and everything in between.

But this isn't just another panel discussion.

It's a space to ask questions.
To listen without judgement.
To reflect.
To connect.
And if you're comfortable, to share a piece of your own story too.

Because sometimes, the most powerful inspiration comes from conversations that are completely... unscripted.
