So we are in the same rut again. Yes this pandemic! As much as we don't want to be, we are in a rather worst place than last year and the media, government, economist and probably everyone is sending strong warning signs. As humans it's natural for our minds to surrender to this pressure, feel helpless and scared about what's coming next. It's natural for our minds to not think positive, not think progressive. After having practiced mindfulness, I do think that feeling these emotions, acknowledging the feeling is not a bad thing. But what's not so good is to keep having such thoughts and loosing control over them. What's not so good is creating a energy around us that would rather destruct our well being rather than upscaling our well being which is the need of this hour.

So I openly urge everyone here to take some time for oneself and indulge in self care. Do things that you loved doing as kids, pamper yourself, have lovely conversations at home or on a call, chat with school friends, look at old photos, use Epsom salts to calm the nervous system and aching pains. Do what you like. Do a mental detox please!
