Top Tip Friday

Water is so important for so many reasons, recently I’ve been running around, I’ve had an injury and things have been a little hectic, my water routine has gone out the window, and boy have I noticed!

My top tip is grab yourself a large water bottle that you like that you’ll love to fill up and use, start your day by filing it up and keep it with you wherever you go!

Mine is a 750ml bottle, I ensure I have at least two of these before I go back to my afternoon shift at 3pm. At work I have two cups of hot water at my breakfast shift and on my afternoon shift and then a large glass with dinner. This keeps me topped up and alert!
