Welcome to Rishikesh 🧘‍♂️

29/09/2026

After days of endless climbing, glacier crossings, landslide trails, and freezing winds...

we finally reached the top of Pin Bhaba Pass. 🏔️❄️

Standing at 4915 meters, every struggle suddenly felt worth it.

Behind us stood the barren cold deserts of Spiti.

Ahead stretched the lush green valleys of Kinnaur. 🌿

One pass.

Two completely different worlds.

The mountains tested our body.

The altitude tested our mind.

But this summit gave us something far more valuable than a view...

a memory that will stay with us forever

25/09/2026

This was the final push to Pin Bhaba Pass. ❄️

The entire trail was buried under a blanket of snow.

And right in front of us stood the pass we'd been chasing since leaving Mud Village.

With every step, the entire journey started flashing through our minds.

The raw mountains of Mud.

The silence of Baldhar.

The endless climbs.

The landslide zones.

The glacier crossings.

And now...

only 30 to 40 meters separated us from 4915 meters.

The weather had turned worse.

23/09/2026

At nearly 4800 meters, the mountain started testing us in a completely different way. 🏔️

Breathing wasn't as easy anymore.

Every step demanded more energy than the last.

Then, through the fog, we finally saw it...

Pin Bhaba Pass, completely covered in snow. ❄️

But just when the summit felt within reach, the weather changed again.

20/09/2026

This was the last climb before Pin Bhaba Pass. 🏔️

The slope had become brutally steep.

One more glacier patch stood between us and the summit.

With every step, the air grew thinner.

The wind became colder.

And the weather started changing right before our eyes.

Then, through the clouds, we finally saw it...

the last snow-covered ridge of Pin Bhaba Pass. ❄️

After days of crossing cold-desert mountains, landslide zones, and endless climbs, this was the mountain's final challenge before 4915 meters.

18/09/2026

This was the moment we'd been waiting for. 🏔️

After days of walking through cold desert mountains, landslide zones, and endless climbs, Pin Bhaba Pass was finally standing right in front of us.

Every step demanded more.

Every breath felt earned.

Pushing ourselves mentally and physically became the toughest part of the journey—but that's exactly what made this climb unforgettable.

Only a few more hours remained before reaching the 4915-meter summit.

The finish line was finally within reach.

The next challenge stood right in front of us...

a massive snow patch. ❄️

To reach Pin Bhaba Pass, we first had to cross this icy slope, follow the nala above, and then face the toughest climb of the entire trek.

Nearly 70° of relentless ascent.

At this altitude, oxygen starts dropping rapidly.

Your legs become heavier.

Your breathing gets faster.

And even your mind begins to feel the effects of the altitude.

The summit was finally in front of us...

but between us and the pass stood one last brutal wall of snow and rock.

This wasn't just the final climb.

It was the mountain's last test before letting us reach 4915 meters.

14/09/2026

The moment we crossed the landslide zone, everything changed. 🏔️

For the first time, the entire Pin Bhaba Pass range stood right in front of us.

The summit was finally in sight.

But the mountain wasn't done testing us yet.

The climb became steeper.

The loose soil beneath our feet made every step uncertain.

And with every meter we gained, the weather kept getting worse.

The pass was right there...

but so was the biggest challenge of the journey.

Sometimes, reaching the summit isn't about strength

12/09/2026

Today was always going to be the toughest day of the trek. 🏔️

Nearly 12–13 KM to cover.

Almost 1000 meters of elevation gain.

And one goal...

Reach the highest point of Pin Bhaba Pass at 4915 meters.

At this altitude, the weather can change within minutes, so all we could do was hope the summit would stay clear.

What makes Pin Bhaba Pass truly unforgettable is that it connects Spiti's Pin Valley with Kinnaur's Bhaba Valley
