sermon born in the head reaches the head; a sermon born in the heart reaches the heart. Under God, a spiritual preacher will produce spiritually minded people.

In this day and age where social media is a reference to almost everything,there is need for us to be careful of what we feed our eyes and our spirit man.

The more you spend time looking at pictures and watching videos of people who are more than 50% AI modified,(which is not a bad thing as long as you're in the correct head space and you don't draw your identity from it).

Then the more you risk yourself wasting your time and going into this endless bottomless pit if proper care is not taken.

Caro is a very beautiful young girl who has spent almost all of her life online, watching videos of different kinds of people and looking at their pictures too.

Without her knowledge she didn't know when she started not liking herself and comparing herself to those pictures and videos. Within no time she wanted to do a lot of body procedures in order for her to attain a certain body standard.

Even though she couldn't afford it she was ready to result to any means just for her to fit in. This is how Caro started drowning in the pool of self pity, comparison, discontentment and a lot of other unnecessary mental health issues.

Social media is a good tool when used appropriately but it can be a thief of your joy if you don't guard yourself properly, please make it a duty for you to be careful and aware of what you feed yourself.
