So grateful to be part of CCMC’s Mission Sunday!

What a wonderful time connecting with the CCMC missions committee and having them join us in sharing God’s stories of transformation and hope.

Phoum Chres Methodist Church, planted by CCMC, is now home to Flourish artisans in Cambodia. It’s a place where they meet to worship, serve, study the Word, crochet, fellowship and grow in Christ. Today, Flourish artisans are teaching women all over Cambodia churches to crochet.

That’s God at work: One church plants. One woman learns. One family is supported. One child gets the chance of Christian education and love. One heart begins to experience a Savior whose love is wide, long, high and deep! Thank you, CCMC for planting Phoum Chres and opening your hearts again this morning, not just to our crafts but to the lives, families and stories of God-at-work.

Let’s continue sowing the seeds faithfully and obediently, watering lovingly and trusting God to multiply our efforts. May many generations come to know of the goodness of God.

With every stitch, every act of service, kindness and love, every prayer, every sacrifice, and every lesson taught to those around you, you are shaping a legacy.

You are not only working hard to provide for your own families. You are helping to build a spiritual legacy for your community.

You are showing the next generation what love looks like. You are teaching children that they are seen, valued and loved by our Heavenly Father.

May God bless the work of your hands.
May He strengthen your hearts.
May He provide for your families.
May He fill your homes with His peace.
And may the seeds of faith you are planting today bear fruit for many generations to come.

This photo was taken after a well-deserved celebratory meal, a little pause to give thanks and honour the hands and hearts behind every beautiful Mother’s Day gift.

From Singapore, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to each of you. Every stitch, every item packed, every tag tied, and every gift prepared has travelled further than you imagine. Because of you, mothers in Singapore are being blessed this Mothers' Day. Through these gifts, your stories of love, skill, dignity, perseverance and hope are being shared across churches. You are not just making products. You are part of a beautiful double blessing: blessing the mothers who receive these gifts, while also helping your own families and communities flourish.

All glory to our Father in heaven for each of you, your creativity, your labour of love, your patience. May the work of your hands continue to be blessed, and may Flourish continue to be a place where women, children, families and communities flourish together.

This Mothers' Day, our hearts are full of gratitude.

We are so deeply thankful for the Women's Society of Christian Service (WSCS) of Methodist Churches across Singapore who have chosen to bless their mothers with handcrafted gifts from Flourish.

Each mobile phone carrier, water bottle carrier, bible wallet and heart-shaped oven mitten has been lovingly handcrafted by mothers whose hands are learning, creating and rebuilding hope.

Thank you for this double blessing! Blessing the mothers who receive these gifts with something beautiful, practical and handmade with love. While blessing the mothers in Cambodia who made them with meaningful work, dignity, encouragement and the joy of knowing their labour of love is making their way to another mother's heart.

ថ្ងៃបុណ្យម្ដាយនេះ បេះដូងរបស់យើងពោរពេញដោយការដឹងគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ។
