Noone's coming

🌺 Gratitude to Mel Robbins @melrobbins for her wise words that accompany this post. And for the constant encouragement she puts out into the world. 🌺 I have little to add; in the end, our happiness is up to us. It serves no-one to wallow in “I can’t do it” or “it’s not fair” or “I’ll do it when…” or any of the other excuses or comparisons we might use to justify why it’s not possible for us. Full Disclosure: There’s many times when I don’t feel like doing my morning yoga routine, but I do it anyway. As I’ve mentioned in the past, I usually lay out my mat the night before so it’s an automatic reminder. # #IGYogaCommunity #reelsinstagram #flexibility #topstretching #gymnastics #acroyoga #yogainspiration #practiceyoga #yoga #namaste #chakras #healthylifestyle #yogalife #yogateacher #Yoga #Yogi #Yogini #YogaAtHome #YogaPractice #YogaInspiration #YogaForEveryone #IGYoga #Fitness #Flexibility #AgeingDisgracefully
