မလေးရှားအော်ဒါလေးထပ်ပို့မယ်❤️
မိတ်ကပ်လိမ်းထားရင် မိတ်ကပ်ဖျက်တာက ဆားဝက်ခြံအတွက် အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။
1. မိတ်ကပ်/စန်စခရင်လိမ်းထားရင် micellar water သို့ cleansing balm နဲ့ အရင်ဖျက်ပါ။
2. ပြီးရင် gentle facial cleanser နဲ့ မျက်နှာသစ်ပါ။
3. ဆားဝက်ခြံအတွက် salicylic acid 0.5–2% ပါတဲ့ cleanser ကို တစ်ပတ်မှာ အကြိမ်အနည်းငယ်ကနေ စသုံးနိုင်ပါတယ်။
4. ပြီးရင် moisturizer လိမ်းပါ။
မိတ်ကပ်ဖျက်တာတစ်ခုတည်းနဲ့ ဆားဝက်ခြံ မပျောက်ပါဘူး—
အမဲစက် လျော့ချချင်သူတွေ နှင်းဆီတိုနာ (rose toner) သုံးလို့ရပါတယ်
အမဲစက်လျော့ချချင်ရင်—တိုနာသုံးမယ်ဆိုရင် အရက် (alcohol) နဲ့ fragrance များမပါတဲ့ toner ကိုရွေးတာကောင်းပါတယ်။
