Today I met three lovely ladies and had such a meaningful afternoon sharing something I truly love 🤍skincare knowledge, Facial Bojin & Gua Sha. 🌿✨
I’ve always loved sharing what I’ve learned with the women I meet. There’s something really special about learning together, practising together, and seeing everyone slowly become more confident with their own hands. 🤍
And look at what they learned today! ✨
🌿 Skincare Essentials
Understanding their skin better and learning how to choose skincare products that are suitable for them.
🌿 Facial Bojin
Learning Bojin techniques for the eyes, face & ears, together with the correct direction and pressure.
🌿 Facial Gua Sha
Learning how to use Gua Sha correctly for facial relaxation, circulation and to help reduce the appearance of puffiness.
What makes me happiest is not just teaching a technique, but seeing everyone leave with new knowledge and a new skill that they can continue using to care for themselves. 🥰
I hope I can continue sharing what I know with more women, helping more of us understand our skin, take better care of ourselves, feel good and become more confident together. 🤍✨
