There are quite a few new ways you can follow to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go: β°π
1. Leave Your Phone Alone π±
Reaching for your phone as soon as you wake up can derail your whole day.
Go for something that can help keep you grounded, like light exercise, journaling, or meditation. π§π»ββοΈ
2. Prepare For The Following Day πβοΈ
One of the reasons we wake up tired is that weβre mentally organizing all the annoying stuff we have to do when we wake up. If you can tackle these before bed, youβll sleep better and wake up energized.

While doing this once or twice wonβt hurt, the action sets a precedent that can very easily become habitual.
