She came into the program thinking abs were only for young girls, athletes or influencers.

As a mom, she believed the soft tummy, weak core and loss of confidence were simply part of aging and childbirth. She stopped expecting more from her body.

But many women never actually learn how to activate their core muscles correctly after pregnancy. Over time, weak abs and poor posture can affect waist definition, body strength and confidence. Dieting alone rarely fixes the root problem.

Inside our Moms With Abs program, we teach proper abs engagement, breathing, posture and structured strength training — to rebuild a stronger, more toned core safely and sustainably.

Because the longer core weakness is ignored, the harder it becomes to reverse. Many moms slowly normalize discomfort and loss of confidence, thinking “this is just motherhood.” It doesn’t have to be.
