A little serum left on your skin after a sheet mask is normal. If the label says it can stay on and your skin feels comfortable, gently smooth in what’s left. You don’t have to use every drop in the packet.

Some masks are meant to be rinsed off, so check the instructions for the one you’re using. If it starts to sting or itch, take it off and rinse gently.

Put on sunscreen or makeup later? Remove it gently before bed. Already cleansed your face that evening? There’s no need to wash again just to make it feel “extra clean.”

If your treatment came with specific aftercare instructions, especially after a peel, follow those instructions for when and how to wash. Keep the routine gentle and skip the extra scrubbing.

做完脸后冒了一颗痘，先别急着说是在“排毒”。

痘痘刚好在护理后出现，不代表已经知道原因，也不能当作护理有效的证明。先留意它是什么时候出现的、长在哪里，有没有同时发痒、刺痛或明显泛红。

这时尽量别反复摸或挤。如果痘痘持续增加、变得疼痛，或不适一直没有缓和，把护理经过告诉门店，也请皮肤科医生看看。
