这位朋友一直想增重, 却怎么吃都长不了肉。
再加上常常生病、容易累, 身体总是没有精神。

很多人以为, 健康管理只是给想减重的人。

其实不管是太瘦、太胖, 还是常常觉得疲惫、没精神,
都值得好好照顾自己的身体。

因为真正的健康, 从来不是体重数字。

而是拥有足够的营养、 有体力面对每天的生活、 有精神去做自己喜欢的事。

希望这次的开始, 能陪伴他慢慢把身体养好, 也一步一步达到健康增重的目标💪
