Amid the furore over allegations by the Senator representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Senator Ireti Kingibe, that the FCT Minister, Mr Nyesom Wike, has been obtaining loans without the approval of the National Assembly, the Senate has challenged her to provide evidence to support her claims.

Between 1957 and 1960, nurse Marie Fikáčková murdered at least 10 newborn babies, crushing their skulls when they would not stop crying.

In these chilling photos, she calmly demonstrates to investigators how she k!lled them, using a doll.

She worked in a hospital maternity ward in Czechoslovakia, where mothers handed her their newborns without a second thought.

For years, infants kept dy!ng in her care, and no one asked a single question. Every de@th was bl@med on birth complications. The quiet young nurse was never suspected.

Then, in February 1960, she went too far.

Two newborns d!ed on the same night, both with severe head injuries that no complication could explain. This time, doctors called the police.

Under interrogation, Marie confessed to everything. When babies cried, she lost control and att@cked them. Then she calmly went back to work.

At trial, she claimed she suffered from pedophobia, a fear of children, and said her v!olent urges worsened during her menstrual period. Psychiatrists examined her and declared her fully s@ne.

Marie Fikáčková was ex3cuted by h@nging on April 13, 1961. She was 24 years old.

The true number of babies who d!ed in her hands remains unknown.
