🔍 Breakdown of the Findings:
🔸 Bulla: A large, fluid-filled blister (usually >1 cm in diameter). It’s essentially a larger version of a vesicle and can be seen in conditions like friction blisters or bullous pemphigoid.
🔸 Macule: A flat, distinct, discolored area of skin that is less than 1 cm wide. It doesn’t involve any change in the thickness or texture of the skin.
🔸 Pustule: A small, inflamed, pus-filled, blister-like lesion on the skin's surface. Often associated with acne or localized infections.
🔸 Purpura: Purple-colored spots or patches on the skin or mucous membranes. These occur when small blood vessels leak blood under the skin, often indicating underlying vascular or systemic issues.
