Hello guys it's going to be a lengthy update but engage, it's an update😁😁.
As you know it's that time of the season in west Africa specifically where the weather becomes dry and if it's cold, it's super cold and if it's hot it's extremely hot....
A consistent feature of this season is dryness, however we've decided to share amazing and healthy ways to keep the skin on check✨😁
STEP ONE is switching from your light body lotion to a moisturizing body lotion or cream (I do not want to spend time on this step) just keep aside that light lotion and go for an intensive body lotion depending on the kind of skin you have...if you have a normal or oily skin get a thicker or moisturizing lotion and if you have a dry skin please switch (you can reach out for skin analysis and recommendations)
SECOND TIP is getting a body oil such as Vaseline body oil (reach out for recommendations if you don't know the exact one to get)
Don't sleep on body oils, it will act as an occlusive and prevent dryness.
THIRD STEP is getting hydrating products such as toners and essences.
The fourth one might not be necessary for some and will be for the others, waking up with an extremely dry skin you might need an extra boost of hydration immediately and this can be achieved with a hydrating face mask, it works instantly.
And the last step is getting a sunscreen, you that do sun kisses without sunscreen weldone o😂.....
Guys, get sunscreen, one thing hamatan will bring is hotness, and when it's hot it's extreme so get sunscreen.
(If you intend staying with your light lotions you can get an active body oil to top, but I can assure that it won't be enough however it will help keep hydration to an extent)
