An unforgettable pains and sorrow bedeviled the family of Ukpabi Ogbule and all the Ogbule families in Ezza Ezekuna as well as Azuinyaba community in general. For Mr death has taken our benevolent, compassionate, generous, magnanimous, honorable, thoughtful, humble, resilient, virtuous, devoted, nurturing, supportive, unwavering, enduring, inspiring, joyful, venerable, Barr. Ukpabi Stephen and left us in a great anguish.

As a reward for the commendable efforts in restoring peace across various communities in Ebonyi State, we, the Great Elites of Ezekuna demonstrated our resolve to continue and solidly support His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State.

In a special dinner organized in our honour, the group eulogized the giant strides of the administration while also drawing his attention to a few critical areas.

Highlight of the interactive session was the purchase of second-term Governorship ticket for the Governor with the sum of one hundred million naira (100,000,000.00).

Theme! Be mindful of your words/actions towards God.

Good morning my dear brothers and sisters in the LORD. It is my pleasure to deliberate on the topic above, which called us to be mindful of our words or actions towards God. Especially when we are in public gathering or in our solitary mood. In our society today, many have made and spoken some foul statements such as, "God doesn't exist," "God doesn't heal sickness", etc and thought that it was just a mere joking. Sometimes we indulge into this, to tarnish the image of God and his followers and forget that they are trying to pull down the House of God as well as making the word of God to look as if it was lies. My dear remember this adage, the measure you give will be the measure you will receive. As one struggling and aiming to tarnish the image of God so also he/she is doing to himself/herself. If you aimed to build the house of God, He also will aimed to build yours. The reverse will always be the case when you try to mock God and the object of His worship. We should learn to be cautious and wise when any discussion against God surfaced in our midst. As for me, I may suggest either you speak knowledgeablly or keep mute and exit from there. So as to escape from the punishment of God. For it will be more severe than will be imagined. God doesn't mock, so don't do same to Him. Always be neutral as one created by God in any argument against Him. Always escape being used by the enemies of the gospel.

A painful and tragic moment has occurred in Abakaliki Diocese, Ebonyi state as His Lordship Bishop Peter Nworie Chukwu died after a brief illness.

EASILY DIGESTIBLE BREAKDOWN OF WHAT WENT WRONG WITH JUSTICE OMOTOSHO’S JUDGMENT.

TODAY 20TH NOVEMBER 2025.

Here is the plain-English version of why the judgment is illegal, biased, and useless in law.

1. HE REFUSED TO FIRST DECIDE WHETHER HE EVEN HAD POWER TO TRY THE CASE

Before any court can try a criminal case, it must first answer one question:

👉 Do we have the right (jurisdiction) to hear this case?

Kanu challenged the court’s right to try him.
Instead of ruling on it, the judge dodged the issue and pushed it aside.

A court cannot ignore jurisdiction.
If jurisdiction is in doubt, everything done afterwards is worthless.

Omotosho knew this, yet he refused to address it.

2. HE TOLD KANU TO PUT ALL OBJECTIONS IN A FINAL ADDRESS — THEN BLOCKED THE FINAL ADDRESS

This is outright trickery.

In the excerpt you provided, the judge told Kanu:

“Don’t raise jurisdiction now. Put it in your final written address.”

But later:

❌ He blocked the filing of final addresses.
❌ He went ahead to give judgment without hearing those objections.

It’s like telling a defendant:

“Speak later.”

And when “later” comes:

“Oh sorry, you can’t speak anymore.”

This is denial of fair hearing in its purest form.

3. HE REFUSED TO ISSUE WRITTEN RULINGS ON SERIOUS APPLICATIONS

Nigerian law is very clear:

👉 Judges must give written reasons for their decisions.

Kanu filed several applications on important issues, such as:

Illegal rendition

Repealed laws

Abuse of court process

Double criminality

Invalid charges

The judge refused to write any ruling on them.

This alone makes the judgment illegal.

4. HE FORCED KANU TO TAKE A PLEA UNDER A REPEALED LAW

The charges brought against Kanu were based on a law that no longer exists (the old Terrorism Act of 2013).

The new 2022 Act replaced it.

The judge:

Knew the old law was dead

Refused to acknowledge the repeal

Forced Kanu to plead under the dead law anyway

This is like charging someone under a law that has been thrown in

😭😭 I just got a call from Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo and I was surprised to see him calling me directly because I've always been the one calling to check up on him. When I picked the call, he said all his social media handles including Facebook have been deleted. He explained to me that he was told that his contents jeopardise national security of Nigerian government (A government that sympathise with terrorists). And immediately after this notification, his accounts were deleted.
So we're not going to get updates directly from his social media handles.

Meanwhile, a t€rrorists sympathisers - Sheikh Gumi is walking freely. His Facebook account hasn't been deleted. He's walking around embracing terrorists and advocating for Islamic t£rrorists. And you still want to tell me, there is no Christians G€nocide going in Nigeria. The mere fact that all these terrorists are Islam by religion and sometimes read or quote their Quran and chant Islamic song when they want to wreak havoc on their victims is enough to proof to everyone that these are jihadists.....

I've nothing more to say. My own Facebook account has been shadowbaned. My page visibility has been restricted. Meaning many people won't see what I post.
