The story of Esau selling his birthright is found in Genesis 25:29–34 and is also mentioned in the New Testament in Hebrews 12:16–17. In this account, Esau trades his valuable rights as the firstborn son to his twin brother, Jacob, in exchange for a simple meal of bread and red lentil stew because he was very tired and hungry.

The Hunger: Esau came in from hunting in the field and felt faint and exhausted.The Trade: He asked Jacob for some of his red stew. Jacob demanded, "Sell me your birthright now," in exchange for the food, Esau replied that he was about to die of hunger, so a birthright was of no use to him. He made a formal oath and sold his rights to Jacob for bread and lentil stew.

📌Praise and Worship: As exemplified by Paul and Silas, sincere praise is viewed as a powerful tool to remove hindrances and experience spiritual breakthrough.
