This ball exercise is very effective is the basic for children that find it difficult to sit up straight,Because there core strength is weak.This exercise help help alot.

This ball exercise is very effective is the basic I mean first exercise for children that find it difficult to sit up straight, they curve there spine when sitting down, because the child find that way comfortable, If the core is weak, core is from the shoulders to the hips The shoulders is the foundation of sitting down straight.If is weak there will be no good neck control once the core is strong everything follows.There is more exercise but this if the first exercise to start with if you need another exercise comment next.

Try this exercise to help children with low muscles tone, mild cp any child that have delayed in sitting or standing,the first time i start the exercise could not raise her body up but now she can,so doing the right exercise matters a lot and consistency is the key.

She is suffered from low oxygen at birth, it was not easy struggle with no head control,stiffness of the body paralysis on her hands but with consistent therapy on her, she have made it this far hoping she walk soon. To any special need mom reading this please don't give up continue therapy on her you are the greatest therapy for your child

Low oxygen at birth but full of life now.her words are small but her spirit big, she can't walk yet but she is teaching me how to be brave every sound every try it's everything we are giving up.

yrs 8 months still not talking, i can feel the effect she put in trying to pronounce words,She is trying her best i thank God for how far we have come,before she can't even focus but now can try to copy me i pray 🙏 God she perfect her for me

2 years 8 months still not walking, due to lack of oxygen at birth,started sitting up straight 1 month now, am so happy how far we have come before her legs could not carry her body's, but now it can every step counts to her independent walking we didn't get her by chance, but with God and hand work, to all mother, who's child as not started sitting,standing and walking, please do not give up you are stronger than you think, even if there is no money for therapy watch videos on line do research watch like me were I live there is no therapy in were i live but that didn't stop me,so watch her body every time and you will be see things to fix, if anyone as any questions on things I did for her to get here I will be glad share because every Child deserves to be happy ❤️🥰
