A critic is someone who thinks he knows the way but can't drive the car. So, if your head sticks up above the crowd, expect more criticism than applause.

Idleness is a rust that attaches itself to the most brilliant of metals. There is no idleness without a thousand troubles.

I was out with my son on a road cruise round town and we encountered some crazy drivers and terrible traffic. We had a stop over at a local shop to pick up some biscuits. Then my son held the steering wheel, looked out of the window and shouted, "Are you stupid, why do you drive like a mad man...silly foo?" I asked what that was for? He smiled and said, "Dad, that was you all these while." I just realized I have painted a picture I can't hang on a wall.

Life is a lot like the game of Tennis. Those who don't serve well will end up losing.

As the drop of water must by the law of nature ultimately find itself back into the ocean and lose itself in it's silent depths, so must we, by the unfailing law of nature, at last return to our source and lose ourselves in the great ocean of the infinite.

You cannot gain mastery of any act on borrowed credentials...
