My very honest thoughts on facial massage ♡
Slow transition 🍂
As we gradually step into the coziest season of the year, I’ve been reflecting on the studio’s first beautiful summer, and starting to plan for the colder months ahead, when skin receives far less sun.
I’m exploring a new addition to our advanced treatments, using Ionic Oxygen to help active ingredients absorb deeply, support hydration, and bring back luminosity as the light starts to fade.
I am still working out exactly how it will take shape, possibly a reframing of one of our existing boosting treatments, rather than something entirely new. More to come in October 🍁

The sun is finally shining on us and these are my conscious tips for the upcoming hot days:
For dry and sensitive skin:
Serums, hydrators, mist, and Mineral SPF
For skin prone to pigmentation:
Pigment inhibitors like brightening exfoliants or serums + Vitamin C + mineral SPF, and avoiding heat on the skin, are key to maintaining melanin at ease.
For oily skin:
Lighter moisturizer and SPF powders
