10 Years in Sales as well as management and the most common thing about my working career has been, I love to work with people and am motivated by results and delivery. Many will know me as the all rounder and the go getter and I mainly think that is due to me being a peoples person. We only get 1 change at this life and YES I've fallen many times. YES I've made many wrong choices, but I never gave up! That to me is what matters. Working hard is who I am and many frown upon just how much I love doing... But that's ok cause we weren't meant to all be the same.. Many people have tried to change the person I am too.. BUT - I am who I am and its to hard to try be someone you are not. Kindness costs nothing, but means everything. DON'T be afraid to give it away. My daily goal is to inspire someone each day in someway.

Most Property Management companies manage the property… but what about helping the investor behind it?
This is something I’m really passionate about. I speak with investors every day, and there are so many questions they don’t always know who to ask.
*Am I getting the most from my investment?
*Am I claiming everything I should be?
*How does depreciation work?
*Is my finance still structured the right way for me?
*What should I be thinking about for the future?
This Wednesday we’ll have a Mortgage Broker, Financial Adviser and property/tax professionals joining us to share their knowledge and answer questions. Because being a successful property investor isnt only about the property itself. It’s about understanding the bigger picture and having the right people around you. 🙌 And for me, Property Management should be about more than collecting rent and managing maintenance. It should also be about supporting and educating the investor behind the property.
And you don’t need to be a SOCO Realty client to attend!

New month, new week and another opportunity to keep learning.
Something I don’t always say out loud is that one of my biggest fears in this role is not knowing enough when an investor asks me a question.
But I’ve realised that fear is also what pushes me to keep learning, ask more questions and surround myself with people I can learn from.
I’m genuinely passionate about helping investors. Especially those who have stopped enjoying being an investor because they feel unheard, communication has disappeared or they simply don’t know what is happening with their property.
I may not always have every answer straight away, but I will listen, I will ask, and I will find out.
That’s what October is about for me. Learning more, listening more and continuing to be the difference. 😊

I spent so long reacting to what happened around me. Now I’m learning to respond with intention. I can’t always control what happens, but I can choose what I do with it. 💕
The last 10 months have been about learning to be me again. Growing, changing, saying yes to things I normally wouldn’t and embracing the person I’m becoming.
This is something I’m SO excited (and a little nervous 🙈) to share… but for now, just a little sneak peek.
