In a breathtaking fusion of folklore and high fashion, the culture of Sibagat took center stage as "Bae Sibagat" brought the terrifying myth of the Siren of the Galleon to life.

More than just a dazzling display of fabric, jewels, and stones, the costume serves as a vivid embodiment of the phantom sovereign said to command the Sibagat River.

According to local lore, this siren rules the dark, stormy waters and orchestrates the fates of those brave enough to cross her threshold, embedding a rich legacy of reverent terror directly into the heart of the Sibagatnon identity.

Far from just a celebration of ancestral fear, the stunning showcase carries a deeper, vital message for the community, serving as a powerful reminder of the absolute vigilance and extra caution required around the deep waters.

Backed by an extensive creative and municipal team including stunning festival costume design by KRB House of Fashion and full support from the local government—the presentation proved that while ruthless tides may claim the flesh, the spirit of the Sibagatnon people remains entirely unyielding and undefeated.
