Fasting causes ulcer?😳
Not exactly…
Ulcers are usually caused by bacteria (H. pylori) or too much acid—not simply because you skipped a meal.
BUT…
If mali ang fasting mo (coffee on empty stomach, stress, no proper meals after), that’s when problems can start.
Fasting done right = healing.
Fasting done wrong = possible damage.
So the question is…
are you doing it the right way?
