Our material combination idea for this project. Still maintaining the anime face of the character. The cone on top of the head also widens by an inch.

The OLD DESIGN consists of approximately 90% EVA rubber foam; the yellow blade is made of Sintra board, the side ears and the face are made of rubber, the beak is 3D printed, and both the eyes and the 2-dot decoration on the forehead are also 3D printed.

The updated project we can say are 60% EVA rubber foam the rest are 3DP. The paint still painted with durable industrial paints.

Our old V5 helmet construction design with Eva foam rubber and 3DP goes a bit revised for improvement but still simplier.
