Finally, after 2tubs of our V coffee, I have achieved the weight and size that I have been longing for which is 120 Lbs perfect for my height😊 my struggle in weight loss is like a yoyo because I was never that big on the right picture and I cannot accept and won't permit that extra pounds of fats (25lbs) that will stay in my body so I did search the best way I could lose till I found this magic coffee that I don't have to spend thousands of $$$$$ and without hurting my back and legs as I was in out of the hospital before due to too much walking and exercise just to keep a healthy lifestyle and to keep my ideal weight as it is impossible for I am ageing too😊 so I am very much thankful to this Optimum Coffee with Dynamine that not only melted my fats but also slows down my ageing as you could see in my left picture and as everyone noticed it too😄

On the left photo, I weighed at my heaviest that I've ever been which was 174 lbs. That photo was taken around summer of 2017. It wasn't until the beginning of 2019 when I decided to take a leap of faith and try a product that I saw did wonders for a close friend of mine. My starting weight was at 168 lbs on January 2019! When I saw her before and after photo, I thought to myself "if she can loose weight just by drinking coffee, what do I have to loose"!! So here I am almost a year in being on this coffee and I've lost 26.7 lbs since I've started in January and now weigh at 141.3 lbs. But since this left picture was last taken, I've lost a total of 32.7 lbs all together!! I must say, that is pretty freaking amazing! I've seriously struggled with baby weight since I had my daughter for so long and never felt good in anything I wear! Now, I get excited to shop and try clothes on! Not to mention, seeing how I've went from a large to a medium is such a tremendous feeling! This coming 2020, I've set goals to reach and promise myself to share my journey in hopes to help others who struggle to loose weight like I have! Looking back at who I was, I don't ever want to feel that way but BETTER and HAPPIER from here on out! If I can do it, so can YOU!!!!!! 💜☕👊🏻💜☕👊🏻💜

RND ako. Pero aminin na natin, lahat ng textbook knowledge about losing weight, eat in moderation, small frequent meals, etc. eh sobrang hirap i-follow! Kadalasan hindi nga nagwwork eh. Ang sabi weight loss success is 70% diet changes and 30% exercise. Exercise nga hindi ko na magawa, diet pa kaya. Dito sa abroad, hirap na hirap ako magdiet sa laki ng portion sizes. Yung 1kg na niluluto sa pinas, good for 6 persons, eh para sa amin lang 2 ng partner ko. Hindi rin makapag workout dahil lahat gawa ko, walang kasambahay, mag aalaga pa ng baby. After ng 3rd baby ko, umabot ako ng 140lbs. Imagine under 5 feet ako tapos 140lbs, obese na ko non. Nagbreastfeed ako pero hindi pa rin ako pumayat. Tanggap ko na nga sana. Pero pag uwi ko ng pinas, nakilala ko si Valentus. Walang ka effort effort, iinom lang ako ng coffee araw araw, pumayat na ako ulit. From 140lbs to 95lbs. Thank you Valentus, may pag-asa pa pala.
