my breathing tells the story—
between the road I run, the nimbus clouds carrying rain
and the fields that stand still..!
When rain is coming and night is chasing. I picked up the pace—
not out of fear,
but out of instinct and trusted the road to carry me home.
Running teaches you
that progress isn't
dramatic-
it's repetitive,
uncomfortable,
and quietly powerful.
Running shapes my spirit. Cross-training reshapes my strength.
