GOCHUJANG ANGLE HAIR NOODLES
Ingredients:
80g Angel hair pasta (or capellini)
1 tbsp Gochujang (or any Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp Gochugaru (korean dried chili)
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Grated garlic
Dried Seaweed
Cucumber
Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
1. Boil: Cook angel hair 3 minutes.
2. Chill: Drain and rinse in ice water.
3. Mix: Whisk gochujang, gochugaru, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic.
4. Toss: Combine noodles and sauce.
5. Serve: Top with cusumber, egg, dried seaweed, and sesame seeds.
