has been training with me now for approximately 5months. Every months patricia send me photos body check and im excited and love receiving these!🥰

The far right photos is patricia when she first started online training with weighing 63kg and far left is patricia now down to 59kg … yes👌🫶 she made it, i know how hard and far and still we’re not yet done but i was impressed and proud to flex here 5 months transformation 🫶

This is more than just a Transformation

is a mom of young children

Dont be too hard on yourself. Instead, take a step back and commit to building the mental muscle you need to achieve your goals.

1. Practice labeling your emotions.

2. Establish healthy ways to deal with uncomfortable emotions.

3. Identify and replace unhealthy thought patterns

4. Take positive action.

5. Give up the bad habits that rob you of mental muscle.

Become Your Strongest Self
it takes time and practice to become physically strong, building mental strength takes dedication as well. But building mental muscle is the key to feeling your best and reaching your greatest potential.
