Here’s why many women push endlessly without results 👇

1️⃣ Baby’s head not well positioned (malposition).
2️⃣ Cervix not fully dilated before pushing starts.
3️⃣ Pelvis too small or baby too big (CPD).
4️⃣ Weak contractions that don’t help baby descend.
5️⃣ Tired mother from prolonged labour.

👉 Pushing too early or in the wrong position only causes exhaustion, swelling, and distress for both mother and baby.

✅ Wait till full dilation (10cm).
✅ Change labour positions (side-lying, squatting, or upright).
✅ Let gravity help, not pressure.
