Another amazing testimony
From Basher to Hello FGS!❤️🤗
Started my FGS journey 6 weeks ago, and here’s what I’ve noticed so far:
📉 From 89kg (left pic) to 82kg (right pic) in 6 weeks
✅ No more loud snoring
✅ No more energy crashes after eating
✅ No more cravings for Coke and junk food
✅ Able to fast longer with ease
✅ More sustained energy throughout the day
✅ Feeling calmer and more focused throughout the day
✅ Tuesday and Thursday pickleball and basketball routine after work
