Yesterday’s committee hearing led by Chairman of the Committee on Ordinances, Legal Matters and Quasi-Judicial Functions City Councilor Noel Tulabut on the first reading of the accreditation of the Water Station Owner’s and Operators Association of City of San Fernando Pampanga. This marks another step toward accountability, quality service, and public trust. Thus, promoting responsibility, compliance, our shared commitment to excellence and community welfare in San Fernando, Pampanga.

In attendance were members of the Waresoa Csfp Inc. leaders, led by Pres. Poe John Pineda, VP Arnold Cortez, Sec Jazel Pingol and BOD Adrian Buan including Sir Paolo of City Planning and Devt Coordinator, ensuring the process is aligned with the standards for transparency and accountability.
