Summary:
The HR Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for an organization or company. He takes the lead when it comes to any and all human resources matters and functions. HR Executives must educate, train, monitor, problem-solve and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers and executives.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Strength analysis of all departments on daily basis.
Job advertisement as per requirement.
Manage the life-cycle including, sourcing, initial assessments, interviews, offers and post joining formalities.
Complete the process of confirmation within the due date.
Responsible for the grievance handling of personnel.
Issue employees appointment, confirmation, promotion, demotion and transfer letters.
Manage record keeping and employee's personal files.
Scheduling Monthly reviews for value services and shared services staff.

Travel Requirements:
Field visit or as per business need.

Salary Range:
30K TO 40K In PKR

Job Description:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Minimum work Experience 1 -3
