Job Overview
Mondka is looking for a results-driven Paid Media & Ads Manager to plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, creative, and focused on generating measurable business results through paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
Manage campaign objectives, targeting, placements, budgets, and bidding strategies.
Ensure campaigns are properly structured and continuously optimized.
2. Budget & Performance Management
Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve results.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign data and customer behavior.
Prepare regular performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
Use data to make informed decisions about targeting, budgets, and campaign strategy.
4. Creative & Audience Optimization
Work with the creative/marketing team to develop high-performing ad concepts.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, copy, and campaign structures.
Continuously research new audiences, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Experience in digital advertising and paid media management.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Knowledge of campaign analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets and work toward measurable targets.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
