What a beautiful day we shared.

From the very first moment of gentle arrival, there was a sense of slowing down. Phones softened. Shoulders dropped. Conversations became real.

Tania guided us through a deeply grounding group session — creating a safe space for reflection, connection, and nervous system reset. There were tears, laughter, quiet moments, and powerful reminders that we are not alone in what we carry.

After nourishing conversation and a delicious Greek-style lunch (yes… the dessert was worth it 😌), the afternoon unfolded in pure relaxation. One-hour spa treatments, warm robes, soft music, and that delicious feeling of allowing yourself to be cared for.

A very (belated) Happy New Year to you all! January has truly flown by!

I was back at work on the 5th of January, and what an incredible start to the year it’s been already. With the UV levels staying lovely & low, it’s been the perfect time for skin health . I’ve been busy with peels, microneedling, and lots of hydrating and lifting treatments, and it’s been so lovely to see such beautiful results.

This month I’ve also been investing time into additional training and accreditation, which means I’ll soon be able to introduce further advanced aesthetics treatments along with some exciting new equipment. I can’t wait to share more details with you at the beginning of February .Watch this space!

I would also love to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to my fantastic team of therapists. They continue to provide such an exceptional service to our clients, and they are genuinely amazing people on top of that. Whether you’re looking for individual, couples, or group treatments for up to 25 people, we are the team for you ,and you are always in the best hands.

Hosted by SPArty Algarve, we have created a nurturing wellness day designed to support your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing 🌿 This gentle group experience invites you to slow down, reconnect, and create space for reflection, meaningful sharing, and a guided self-love meditation 🧘‍♀️💗

The first session of the day will be facilitated by Tania Spalt, a psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Psychology specialising in Community Psychology. Tania is a Hakomi Therapist with training in Somatic Experiencing, and her trauma-informed, body-centred approach creates a safe and supportive environment for deep reflection, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with self.

After the group session, we’ll enjoy a nourishing Greek-style lunch (dessert included 😋), followed by a one-hour spa treatment of your choice with my exceptional SPArty therapy team. You’ll be able to fully relax, unwind, and soak in the self-love 💆‍♀️
All beverages, food, snacks, robes, and slippers are included.

✨ Self Care Sunday with SPArty Algarve ✨

What an amazing Self Care Sunday I had the pleasure of hosting today alongside the wonderful SPArty Algarve team 🤍

We began the day in a warm, cozy venue nestled in the Loulé hills, with an incredible mat Pilates class led by our senior therapist and Pilates instructor, Clare, followed by a deeply relaxing meditation which I had the honour of guiding myself. The energy in the room was calm, connected, and exactly what a Sunday should feel like.

A delicious Sunday roast with all the trimmings was then served before our guests enjoyed two treatments of their choice, allowing everyone to truly switch off, unwind, and feel cared for from start to finish. And of course, no Sparty day would be complete without our signature Sparty robes & slippers, comfort and luxury all the way!

Sparty began three years ago when I saw a gap in the market for bespoke spa days here in the Algarve. The spa and wellness industry has been my passion, hobby, and profession for over 20 years, and days like today remind me exactly why I love what I do.

It’s all about connection, care, and creating space for people to truly relax. Thank you to everyone who joined us today. My heart is full 🤍
