Eating healthy and not loosing weight is a very common problem nowadays with people coz of unknowingly eating high calorie food thinking of healthy options..
โSeeds are super healthy, but are they a good choice for weight loss? ๐ค
Letโs look at the calories! ๐โ
**Calories per 30 gm**
1. **Sesame Seeds:** 172 kcal โ You can have a bowl of watermelon (~200g) instead, with just 60 kcal, making you feel fuller!
2. **Sunflower Seeds:** 175 kcalโ An apple (~150g) contains 72 kcal, and itโs packed with fiber!
3. **Pumpkin Seeds:** 134 kcal โ Swap for an orange (~140g) at only 75 kcal for a refreshing snack.
