When performing lip augmentation with filler, we must always consider the lips' side profile. It is at least as important as the front-view result.

If the patient wants the most natural result possible, the profile must remain natural and avoid excessive projection in the upper lip—i.e., a "ducky" appearance. The upper lip, lower lip, nose, and chin should maintain a balanced relationship with one another.

Here is a case where the patient wanted a subtle result, mainly in profile. She has been getting lip fillers for a few years and felt she needed a fresh start. We used Stylage M.

När vi utför läppförstoring med filler måste vi alltid ta hänsyn till läpparnas sidovy. Det är minst lika viktigt som resultatet framifrån.

Om patienten vill ha ett så naturligt resultat som möjligt måste profilen förbli naturlig och undvika för mycket projektion i överläppen, dvs ett ankigt utseende. Överläppen, underläppen, näsan och hakan ska ha ett lämpligt förhållande till varandra.

Här har vi ett fall där patienten ville ha ett subtilt resultat, främst i profil. Hon har fyllt sina läppar i några år och kände att hon behövde en ny start. Vi använde Stylage M.

If you experience some swelling in the treated area, don’t worry! This is perfectly normal and only temporary. Once the swelling goes down, your lip augmentation will look and feel great.

Patients report that lip swelling is the worst the first day after their injection, particularly in the morning. Swelling should go down within 2–3 days after your lip filler treatment, and should subside completely within 2 weeks post-treatment

Kunden ovan har behandlats med totalt 6 ml filler, fördelat på haka, tear trough, nasolabialveck, marionettlinjer och området under kindbenen.

Kundens önskemål var ett fylligare och mindre insjunket intryck. Genom att behandla flera områden i ansiktet kan man skapa bättre balans, mjukare övergångar och ett mer harmoniskt helhetsintryck.

Området under kindbenen behandlas bland annat för att minska ihålighet och skuggor som kan få ansiktet att upplevas smalare eller mer magert.

The client above was treated with a total of 6 ml of filler, distributed across the chin, tear troughs, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and the area beneath the cheekbones.

The client wanted a fuller and less hollow appearance. By treating several areas of the face, we can create better balance, softer transitions and a more harmonious overall result.

The area beneath the cheekbones is treated, among other reasons, to reduce hollowness and shadows that can make the face appear slimmer or more sunken.

Every treatment is individually tailored to the client’s anatomy, features and desired result.
