Months ago we received an invite to do a talk. Been so excited since! Who isn’t?! Especially knowing me and my family are crazy LEGO fans. I had to hide it from my girls, otherwise no one wants to go school.

Last week we participated in their in-house Wellness Program and gave a talk on Self Care with Essential Oils. Self Care is not just about Mental 🗣Health. Physical 🤕, Emotional 🥹 and Spiritual 🛐is also part of the healing process. And best part, Young Living Essential Oils supports these needs.
