At DIOWN, lashes are not one-size-fits-all. They are fitted to each client based on her eye shape, natural lash condition, features and desired look.
This role is best suited for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on salon experience and is confident in:
• Lash extension application
• Clean isolation and attachment
• Lash styling and eye-shape consultation
• Lash retention and natural lash health
• Customer communication
• Learning and improving
• Being part of a premium salon team
• Growing with a company long-term
