Don't you think we are often too harsh to ourselves? If we can learn to be kinder to ourselves, to forgive and let go, we will feel lighter, more free, happier....

Ho'oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian practice, is a powerful & compassionate way to forgive ourselves & others. Ho'o means to make, and pono means right, so Ho'oponopono simply means to make it doubly right! Just repeat these phrases to yourself until you lovingly feel the release of negative feelings towards yourself, others or a particular situation that you can't let go.
