It is not the kind of morning we usually host where our work is quieter, smaller, and mostly private. But there is something worth saying about a hundred people practising together over the weekend, on a field, by the water. Practice arrives however it arrives.

Two years in.
ASA Yoga began as a small idea, a considered practice could be brought to the people, companies, and hotels who choose quietly, rather than asking them to come to a studio.
Two years on, it is still a small idea. Deliberately.
We host a practice in private homes, in top-floor meeting rooms, on yachts, at retreats abroad. We work with a small number of partners at any time. The practice is the centre. Everything else is hospitality.

The house has a new home.
ASA Yoga has been running quietly for some time — practice at the client, in private homes, offices, hotels, on yachts and at retreats abroad. What’s new is the website, and two Signatures within it.
The Wellness Yacht. Practice at first light, off the southern islands. By private charter or small group.
Yoga with Coffee. A morning of practice, with a barista and espresso brought to your office. Made for teams.

We put both to the test — sweat, grip, smell, durability, eco-points — and filmed the whole thing with jokes, science, and one very sexy voiceover.
