Their message to all Mading Aweil people is clear:
❌ Stop fighting or abusing each other online
✅ Stay calm and united

Aweil Community calls for calm amid social media tensions
The Federation of the Aweil Community in Equatoria has called on Aweil community members worldwide to exercise restraint amid escalating tensions on social media.
The appeal follows an online dispute involving members of the Aweil community and self-proclaimed social media activist Akuac Wol.
Speaking to the media on behalf of the Federation, Amb. Garang Deng Aguer urged community members to remain calm while community leaders follow up on the matter. He warned that continued exchanges on social media could escalate the situation and create further divisions.
Amb. Garang stated that Aweil, often referred to as Mading Aweil, is bigger than any individual, including its own citizens. He alleged that Akuac Wol could not have decided to insult the entire community without being influenced by others, claiming that she was "sent" by unknown individuals.
In a press statement, Amb. Garang questioned why relatives of government critic Simon Dee were reportedly arrested in connection with accusations against Simon Dee, while Akuac Wol remained free despite allegedly making offensive remarks against an entire community without government intervention.
He reiterated his call for Aweil community members to refrain from exchanging insults with the activist and instead allow community leaders to address the issue through appropriate channels.
Earlier this month, members of the Aweil community expressed anger following live social media broadcasts by Akuac Wol, during which she referred to the people of Aweil as "Arabs" and "Darfurians." The remarks sparked widespread criticism and outrage among members of the community, who described the comments as offensive and divisive.

There is always suffering in living, but I realized that there is also hope, and we must never lose sight of it.
Because once we lose sight of hope, that's where our life starts to crumble, we start thinking negatively and we never know what to do to make our self feel better.
It's actually hard when we are lost in the dark and we couldn't find any light, it feels like we're about to die any moment and it's all because of loneliness and pain.
Sometimes, no matter how hard our situation is, we must force ourselves to hold onto something that gives us a little hope.
If we feel like giving up, we must look back to the reasons why we once chose to keep going, but of course, sometimes, we can't convince those who have already given up on themself.
All we have to do is to be there for them, all we have to do is to give them hope again, show them love and kindness and make them feel that they are worthy.
There is always suffering in living, but there are also some people out there who will make us feel that we are not alone while we suffer.
We might sometimes lose the courage to live but the most important thing is that there is still a little part of us that wants to stay.
Because sometimes, just like what they say— we don't really want to die, we just want to be saved.

Life is about far more than money.
Meaningful relationships, good health, purpose, character, and peace of mind are among the things that give life real value.
But dismissing money as unimportant overlooks the practical role it plays in everyday life.
Money is a tool.
It can provide security, it can create options, it reduces unnecessary stress, and it can give you greater control over how you spend your time.
With financial stability, you may be able to access better healthcare, invest in education, support your family, and make choices based on values rather than desperation.
Money does not guarantee happiness.
It can not replace love, integrity, or inner peace, but a lack of money can limit opportunities and create pressures that affect many areas of life.
That is why financial responsibility matters, not because wealth is the ultimate goal, but because money can increase freedom and flexibility when managed wisely.
The healthiest perspective is balance, and I pursue money as a useful resource, but do not confuse it with the sole purpose of life.
Use it to protect your health, buy back your time, create meaningful choices, and build a life aligned with your values.
Because money is not everything, but it is far from meaningless.
People love to say, ‘Life is not about making money.’ True. But money buys time, health, choices, and freedom. It's not everything, but it's definitely not nothing.

Avoiding Unnecessary Pressure.
1. Put your kids in schools you can afford because expensive schools don't guarantee good results, just ensure they attend a good
affordable school.
2. Rent apartments you can pay for
conveniently, don’t live in a house you struggle to pay yearly.
3. Let’s plan our lives and live within our means, save more and spend less.
4. Some women buy food for their children every morning before going to school or even for the whole family, do you know it’s cheaper to cook at home?
5. Some people don’t earn much, but have DSTV at home, go for GOTV and upgrade when your income upgrades, it’s still the same CNN anyway.
6. Eat healthy meals and protect your family from mosquitoes to avoid going to the hospital always.
7. Take advantage of food and fruits in season, its cheaper and you can be creative to create amazing meals.
8. Don’t copy your neighbor’s lifestyle, she earns well and her husband is a ‘big man’.
9. Don’t follow trends, wear clean well- ironed clothes and keep your hair neat, you would still look good.
10. Keep your circle small, keep only
friends that have senses.
11. Above all things, have the fear of God, have integrity, don’t be lazy and be prayerful.
12. Planning is the key, if you fail to plan, you are preparing to fail.
13. Don't do more than your budget can afford, there is no award given to best family that wore an expensive cloth for the year.
14. Don't be in competition with
anyone, the purpose of shoes
and clothes are to make us smart and good.
