Dreams are vague.
Dreams don't have structure.
Dreams are not tailored,
Until they are backed with strategy, structure, and ex*****on.

Let's go down memory lane.

All the dreams you've had since you were a child, which one have you actually achieved?
Think about the deeply.

Every dreamer had an idea.

Every dreamer had passion.

Every dreamer had a vision of a bright future.

But dreams without ex*****on is just wishful thinking.

Dreams without structure is just imagination.

And dreams without action is just a decorated notebook full of words.

Listen, everyone can dream.

Dreaming is easy. Doing is hard.
Dreaming is free. Ex*****on is expensive. But then, that's where the results come from.

The world is full of dreamers. But very few are builders. And history doesn’t remember dreamers; it remembers doers.

Thomas Edison wasn’t remembered for dreaming about light, but for building the bulb after 1,000 failed attempts. Did you get that? After 1,000 fails!

Oprah wasn’t remembered for dreaming about being influential, but for showing up, producing and executing until she shaped culture.

Elon Musk isn’t praised for dreaming about space travel but for relentlessly executing strategies that turned dreams into rockets.

Here’s where I want to create the disruption, positively. Your dream has no power until you give it a body through consistent action, planning and structure.

People love to romanticize dreams. They say, “Hold on to your dreams.” But holding on is not enough. Dreams are not magical.

Dreams are raw material and they require shaping, molding, and hard labour.
Hard labour? Oh well, that's the world we live in. You have to put in the work.

Moving on,
Dreams without ex*****on are hallucinations.

So stop waiting for your dreams to manifest themselves. Build them.

Stop romanticizing your vision board. Translate it into strategy.

Stop telling people what you want to do. Start showing them what you’ve actually done.

Now you understand when I say,
Your dreams are not valid? This is the clause.

They are only valid when you back them with structure.

They are only valid when you give them strategy.

They are only valid when you breathe ex*****on into them, day by day.

At the end of the day, the world doesn’t need more dreamers. The world needs finishers, builders and executors. And you can be one of them.

So ask yourself,
Am I a dreamer, or am I a builder?
Am I building strategies around my dreams to make them come alive?

Because in the harsh economy of life, dreaming alone won't save you. Dreamers are cheap. Builders are priceless.

The essence of this post?
Your dreams are only valid when you flesh them up.

Dreams without structure just resides in your pillow.

Get up, pick it up and make it work.
