Mighty God, I take refuge in you, knowing that you are my fortress and stronghold in times of trouble. Protect me, Lord, from the schemes and attacks of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. Clothe me with your armor of light and truth, that I may stand firm against the powers of darkness. Guard my heart and mind from temptation and sin, and deliver me from all evil. Surround me with your heavenly host of angels, that I may walk in the victory that is mine in Christ Jesus. In your name, I take my stand, knowing that you are with me always. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

Just because you don't see the answer right away that you prayed and asked God for doesn't mean God is not going to answer you. It just means you have to be still and know that He is God. It means that times, seasons, and answers are in His hand. It means that you are to wait on the Lord to fulfill His promises in your life. Amen.
