Day 7 - Check out my make shift leg curl contraption. This machine doesn’t work well when doing standing leg curls. Too much friction. So I rigged up this set up. Works for me.
Good sleep last night. Followed my meal plan today. Trashed my legs. Probably went a little heavier than I should have. But had to find out where the edge is. No I know. Now I can keep pushing.
Back day tomorrow. Keep pushing.

Day 5 - Chest Day.
Reached all my goals today even with the snowstorm blowing through. Got much better sleep last night. I am finally over the flu. That helps out greatly.
Workout:
Incline Cable Flys
4x12
Incline Bench (Drop Set)
4x12
Drop 3 times on final set
Bench Press
4x12 - 10 partials at the bottom followed by 5 full reps.
Finished with Cable Crossovers.
4x12 (Drop Sets)
Decline Crunches 3x to failure.
Reverse Crunch 3x to failure.
Finished with 500 Jump Rope
Good day overall.

Day 3 Complete. Good lift this morning. Got in a walk tonight. Legs are super sore from lift on day 1. Guess I did something right.
Day 2
Legs got me yesterday. Working through the soreness today.
I thought I would give a quick rundown of the resources I’m using for the
1. Products. Creatine+Tone&Define. L-Carnitine 3000. 1Up ISO Protein Cinnamon Dulce.
2. Whoop Band - tracks sleep, hear rate, and workouts. I’ve used it for years and love it. Also tracks BP and other related info.
3. Cronometer - I track all food and other inputs in this app. Data is user entered but verified by Cronometer. I like it for this fact alone. All macro data is consistent. Unlike other apps that I have tried.
4. Mikolo Gym equipment. I’m set up in my garage and this set up is good for me right now.

Day 1 Complete.
Started with leg day. Legs are weak. Will keep building.
Accomplished all of my goals for today. Just going to take it one day at a time. Day by day. Week by week.

This quote is so true for me. Battle myself everyday. Discipline over motivation. Starting my 1Up Transformation Challenge today. I am going to take it one day at a time.
