🐰 Happy Easter. He is risen!

This Easter felt especially powerful. Maybe it’s because I’ve been more reflective lately. Maybe it’s because I’m a little older, or maybe just more aware. But standing in church with my family, I kept thinking: He really did that for us. He took the cross, the shame, the silence of Saturday—and then walked out of that tomb anyway.

There is no love like that.
Not one that leaves, but One that stays.
Not one that judges, but One that saves.
And I just want to live like I believe it—with a heart that remembers the empty grave.

What a great night celebrating my mom’s retirement! It was beautiful to see the joy on her face as she was honored by so many colleagues and family members. Even more touching was hearing how they all mentioned her heart and the impact she had on their lives. 🤍

That’s a legacy to leave behind.

This evening the sweetest boy received his first car and my heart couldn’t be happier to see the shock and excitement it brought to him. He didn’t have a clue in the world!

Work hard, play harder. What a year it’s been! So grateful to get spend this evening with my Honey watching the sailboat races.
